80 # flange (80mm installation size): Compact in structure but high in rigidity, suitable for medium to high load scenarios (such as industrial robotic arms and heavy conveying equipment).



1.0kW rated power: Provides sufficient power and is suitable for medium loads such as CNC machine feed shafts and material handling machinery.



High voltage and high efficiency



380V three-phase input: directly matched with industrial power grid, reducing voltage conversion losses, suitable for long-term continuous operation (such as production line equipment).



Synchronous servo technology: 5% to 10% higher efficiency than asynchronous motors, and stable torque at low speeds (such as precision winding and constant tension control).



Integrated brake function



Emergency braking: The braking response time is ≤ 20ms. When the power is cut off, the rotor is instantly locked to prevent the load from sliding down (such as vertical elevators and crane booms).



Brake holding torque: usually 1.5~2 times the rated torque (e.g. a 1.0kW motor can provide ≥ 3Nm static holding force).



High precision and dynamic response



High resolution encoder (such as 23 bit absolute value or 17 bit incremental), with a repeat positioning accuracy of ± 0.005mm, suitable for precision machining (such as laser cutting focus adjustment).



Peak overload capacity: 3 times the rated torque (short-term), to cope with impact loads (such as instantaneous pressurization of the press machine).



Industrial grade reliability



IP65/IP67 protection level: dustproof and waterproof, suitable for harsh environments such as casting workshops and wet food processing areas.



H-class insulated winding: resistant to high temperatures (180 ℃), ensuring the lifespan of the motor under high temperature conditions (such as injection molding machine mold drive).
